This disclaimer applies to the Delibron diagnostic, the Four Patterns of Expansion Failure, and all content on delibron.com, including any verdict, report, or conversation that follows from the diagnostic. 1. A diagnostic, not a guarantee
Delibron assesses how prepared a company is to expand into international markets. Its verdicts, Expansion Ready, Conditionally Ready, Strategically Premature, and Foundation First, are diagnostic outputs. They are not predictions or guarantees of business results. A favourable verdict does not guarantee that an expansion will succeed, and an unfavourable verdict does not mean an expansion will fail.
2. Preparation, not outcomes
The diagnostic measures structural preparation and readiness. It does not measure or forecast in-market results. Factors such as market conditions, competition, timing, capital, execution after the diagnostic, and chance sit outside the diagnostic and outside our control, and they influence real outcomes.
