Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delibron collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit delibron.com, get in touch with us or commission us to provide our services. Delibron ("Delibron", "we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered business diagnostic and advisory service based in Chennai, India and this privacy policy is in accordance with and governed by the relevant Indian laws.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and company website. When you book a conversation through our scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share. If you request a downloadable resource, we collect your name and email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical information may be recorded, such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type, through analytics and search-console tools.
Information you provide when you commission our services. When you engage us for a diagnostic or advisory service, we collect the information you provide through our diagnostic questionnaires, the company documents and materials you choose to share with us, and, where you agree in advance, the recordings or notes of advisory sessions. We use this information to carry out the engagement you have commissioned.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and hold the conversation you requested.
- To carry out and deliver any diagnostic or advisory engagement you commission, including preparing your readiness verdict and report.
- To send you a resource you have asked for.
- To send you product updates or marketing if you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing info@delibron.com.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis for processing
Where the EU or UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we rely on your consent (when you submit a form or request a resource), our legitimate interest (in responding to you, in reaching relevant business contacts, and in understanding how the site is used), and legal obligation (where the law requires it). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site is a static website and sets few cookies of its own. Analytics and search-console tools may set cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. At present these are our form-handling service (Web3Forms), our scheduling tool (TidyCal), our website host (Cloudflare Pages), our analytics and search providers (Google and Bing), and, when you request a resource, our email service (MailerLite). Each one processes your information only on our instructions. Because the diagnostic is AI-assisted, the information you submit for an assessment is also processed by the AI service provider that powers our analysis, under contract and only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
If Delibron is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy.
6. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including India and the United States of America, and the countries where our providers operate. Where we do, we take steps to keep your information protected to the standard required by law.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal requirements. Enquiry and booking details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request that we give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email info@delibron.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
9. Business outreach
As part of our work, we may contact business people such as founders and executives at companies that fit our focus, by email, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a relevant professional service. Every such message identifies who we are and how to opt out. If you would prefer not to hear from us, tell us or use the opt-out, and we will stop and add you to our suppression list.
10. Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
