Delibron is a business operated by Balaji Varadhachariyar, based in Chennai, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Delibron. Paid diagnostic and advisory engagements are governed by a separate services agreement we enter into with you, not by these terms. The Four Patterns of Expansion Failure, the Delibron Diagnostic, associated methodologies, scoring frameworks, terminology, and related materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Delibron. The diagnostic and the content on this site are general business information, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and diagnostic verdicts are not guarantees of business outcomes. Our Diagnostic Disclaimer explains this in full and forms part of these terms.
4. Enquiries, bookings, and paid services
When you complete our contact form or book a conversation, you agree to give accurate information. Scheduling is handled through a third-party booking tool, which is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
If you commission a paid diagnostic or advisory engagement, that engagement is governed by a separate services agreement that sets out its scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability. These Terms of Use continue to govern your use of this website.
